企業支援・地域振興活動を担う、全国515の商工会議所の一つ、磐田商工会議所の新会館建設計画。事務所、複数の会議室、テナントに加え、誰もが利用できる交流スペース、交差点に面する広場を新設し、市民、団体が気軽に訪れ、会員のみならず、地域全体の交流が深まるよう開かれた会議所を目指した。

The Iwata Chamber of Commerce and Industry, responsible for business support and community development activities, has planned the construction of a new hall. The new building will feature an exchange space and a plaza facing an intersection. The chamber aims to be open to citizens and organizations, encouraging them to drop by and deepen their ties with other members and the community as a whole.
